I lived in Boulder over 30 years ago!  Just saying, that seems strange.  I was dancing in a company then and doing a show here.  I lived right near the Chautauqua park where the fabulous Flatirons are. I remember being offered to buy the 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage for $60,000.  I couldn’t believe people paid that kind of money for a tiny place. Ha!

Living in Santa Barbara, I still can’t believe people pay over $1,000,000  for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage!

Back to the present… The Flatirons are still as breathtaking as when I first saw them over 30 years ago.  The Mesa trail was heaven on Earth today.  I was so sore from hiking down Pikes Peak yesterday, I needed a fairly long trail with not much elevation change.  Mesa was the perfect one!
