
Each morning, after my prayers and gratitudes, I place my zafu at a particular angle so I can see this lovely, tall, willowy tree outside. As the branches sway, my body begins to follow along, calming me into my morning meditation and then my yoga practice.
These spiritual practices help me align for who I am truly meant to be each day!
