My mantra/meditation for today is: “I seek to create a better life!” I’m in Sydney, Australia creating my better life!
When I first retired and was beginning this amazing journey of recreating myself once again, I was grateful for the time and opportunities and sometimes felt confused and lost. I’ve found that peace comes from being patient and knowing everything happens in Divine timing –
Now, I’m following my passions once again – sometimes confused – However one of my favorite sayings is – “All who wonder are not lost!’) (For me I’m Found!)
Blue Mountains National Park, Katoomba, Blackheath, Leura…
Today’s Mantra/Meditation was “Today my body is infused with light!” Perhaps I feel this lightness because I’m in the world Down-Under, the Blue Mountains’s National Park. It truly makes you realize time is an illusion. As I was chatting with my daughter yesterday, she was in the “past” (a day before) and I was “a day ahead”. I am truly filled with light and love and sending this wonderful energy to all of you too!
Blue Mountains National Park Hiking
I just spent the last 4 days in Blue Mountains National park about 2 hours from Sydney. I arrived in Katoomba as the misty skies opened up and the wind and rain began to pour as the cockatoos sang their welcoming song. I was just a few minutes from The Three Sisters and the many glorious trails that wind its way through the bush. I hiked over 13+ miles a day through the Grand Canyon Track, Katoomba Falls, and to the town of Leura to see the falls cascading down. I found trails that intertwined to form a maze of lush forests, exotic birds that I had no name for and the quiet solitude of the bush where I saw few roaming these hidden gems. I feel so blessed to have the strength and courage to travel this amazing country as a solo woman traveler. May you, too, keep your hearts open to exploring your great passions and know that you are being guided to become the person you were destined to be. I recently embarked on a soul-stirring journey through the enchanting Blue Mountains National Park, just a couple of hours from the vibrant city of Sydney. As I arrived in Katoomba, the skies, draped in mist, gracefully parted to reveal a symphony of wind and rain, accompanied by the joyful chorus of cockatoos, welcoming me with open wings. Just moments away lay The Three Sisters, standing majestically amidst the countless trails that weave their way through the heart of the bush.
Each day, I embraced the call of adventure, traversing over 13 miles through the breathtaking Grand Canyon Track, the mesmerizing Katoomba Falls, and onward to the charming town of Leura, where the waterfalls danced in a cascade of beauty. The trails unfolded like a living tapestry, intertwining to form a labyrinth of lush forests, where exotic birds, whose names I did not know, sang songs of the wild. In the quiet solitude of the bush, I found hidden gems, untouched and serene, where few souls ventured.
I am profoundly grateful for the strength and courage that fuels my spirit as a solo woman traveler, exploring this magnificent land. May your hearts, too, remain open to the wonders of your passions, trusting that you are lovingly guided towards the person you are destined to become. Embrace the journey with faith and joy, for the world is a canvas of endless possibilities, waiting for you to paint your dreams upon it.
Sending much peace, kindness, generosity, and abundance of love to all!
